Participant requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must provide a copy of your driver’s license
• Must provide proof of vehicle insurance
• Must submit a 3-year Motor Vehicle Record check (available online; $5.00 cost)
• Must fill out User Agreement, Privacy Notice, Informed Consent form,
  and Tennessee Tech Volunteer form
• Must reside in a participating county (listed below)
