Participant requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must provide a copy of your driver’s license
- Must provide proof of vehicle insurance
- Must submit a 3-year Motor Vehicle Record check (available online; $6.00 cost)
- Must fill out User Agreement, Privacy Notice, Informed Consent form, and Tennessee Tech Volunteer form
- Must reside in a participating county (listed below)
